Story
Stephanie and Marc are getting frustrated with their house hunt. They've been out bid on a series of properties in the city, and the Property Brothers try to sell them on a radically different approach. Heading to the country, drew and Jonathan take them on a tour of an amazing rural community that's just a short train ride away. And though it's initially outside of their comfort zone, Stephanie and Marc are soon sold on the long list of perks. Later, a clogged toilet leads to a big dig in the front yard. And it's up to Jonathan to come up with an open concept design that dovetails with his clients' lifestyle.
