Story
Tre and Amanda have been living in a rental for nearly three years, and as the kids get bigger their temporary home seems to be getting smaller. They're ready to find a permanent place of their own and are determined to stay in their exclusive lakefront community. Drew and Jonathan take charge, and while a waterfront home isn't realistic, Drew promises to limit the search to the immediate neighborhood. During a play date, Amanda makes a discovery that seems too good to be true. Later, Jonathan uncovers a shocking surprise in the walls. And while living up to Amanda's taste for equestrian chic proves expensive, grandpa pitches in to help keep the budget on track.
