Story
Tired of their suburban lifestyle, Nancy and Dan are desperate to move back downtown. Real estate and renovation experts, Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott, come to the rescue and help the couple find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell them on the potential of a fixer-upper. Because they're looking for a house with character, Nancy and Dan face a tough decision between two massive renovation projects, but they finally pull the trigger. Jonathan tries to score the couple major savings in order to transform the house as promised, but tensions arise when the renovation exposes major problems in the house that threatens the couple's budget.
