Story
Happily married for three years, Steph and Micah are ready to buy their first house but can't find anything that meets their needs. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help the couple find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two big renovation projects, and Jonathan only has four weeks to complete the job. But the project instantly becomes a homeowner's nightmare. The electrical needs to be completely rewired. The demolition takes forever. And the kicker: the plumbing is a total disaster and has to be replaced. With his budget and timeline shot, Jonathan is forced to re-envision his entire plan to save the day!
