Story
Patrick and Julie have been chasing their dream home for the better part of a year. But after visiting more than 200 properties and losing out on 14 bids, they're just about ready to give up. To make matters worse, the exasperated couple sold their condo more quickly than expected and are now crashing at her parents' place. Drew and Jonathan are determined to turn things around, and the hunt for a pedestrian-friendly property ends with a calculated risk that could have major consequences down the line. Later, Jonathan delivers plenty of bad news, but swears he has everything under control.
