Story
Confined to a tiny home in a hot neighborhood, Katie and Michael and their three daughters quickly sold their property. But now they're squeezed into a one bedroom rental unit until the Property Brothers can find them their forever home. Determined to stay in their high demand school district, the search area is limited to just a few blocks. Drew somehow manages to come up with a short list, and then it's up to Jonathan to straighten a seriously sagging century home. The problems start piling up as the walls come down, and then the renovation is thrown completely off track by a hole that threatens to sink the entire project.
