Story
Tom and TJ moved to Nashville top pursue a dream job, but they haven't yet put down roots and are cramped into a friends' studio apartment until they do. Drew and Jonathan agree to help, and their first job is merging Tom and TJ's very different wish lists. Later, the house hunt hits a snag with the substantial market up of a century old contender. During the demo, filmmaker TJ is determined to document the reno himself. And with the budget stretched to the max, Jonathan must walk a tightrope to avoids any unanticipated costs.
