Story
A promoter invites Tess and Alexis to host a party for charity in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Gabby wishes she could go too, but her sisters tell her that she wouldn't be able to have a good time there because she's underage. Andrea advises Alexis to check with her lawyer, Jeff, before going. Jeff warns Alexis against going to Mexico, but she and Tess decide to go anyway. When they arrive in Cabo, they do a photo shoot for Cabo Social magazine, and then host the party. The party is a success, and Alexis meets a guy there named Javier, with whom she hits it off immediately. The next day, she and Javier go swimming with dolphins. Tess is somewhat disappointed to be left alone, particularly because Max, the guy she's been dating, isn't returning her calls or text messages. Alexis wants to spend as much time as possible with Javier before they have to go home, but her plans are interrupted when she gets a message to call Jeff, her lawyer.
