Story
Before being elected to the board of Shine Travel, Mårten Bergström must spend some time as a tour leader at the company's charter resort in Spain. Site manager Tommy has been there for 17 years, preferring to do as little as possible for the customers. Now that somebody from HQ is coming, Tommy introduces new strict rules for the laid back employees Sandra, Linn and Steffen.
