Story
Rita is still acting weird because of her incident with Joe and people start to notice it. She is also being looked down on by other graduates and decides to leave the party. Norman receives a phone call from Leslie, who asks him to come over to Europe for the summer. Norman declines and makes his father promise he did not kill Elizabeth. Meanwhile, Betty is at her date with Steven and questions him why he came to Peyton Place. He reveals his intentions in taking over the former Harrington house. Rita admits to Norman she thinks she isn't good enough for him, but he assures her she is the best thing that ever happened to him. Rodney invites Allison over to his apartment after the prom and she accepts.
