Story
Larry learns that people are taking advantage of Balki's being privy to certain information. So he tells him not to tell them anything. But when a car Larry wants to buy is available and he can't get the salesman to haggle on the price. So he tries to see if he has enough to pay for it. But when he doesn't, so he hopes he will get a raise, so he asks Balki if he knows if he will get it. But Balki refuses to tell him.
