Story
When a new branch of a big chain tea shop opens across the street from The Loose Leaf, Sheldon helps give Kim's business a competitive edge. At first, Kim is wary of Sheldon's dishonest tactics, but when Kim finally meets her profit-hungry competition, she's convinced it's worth a little dishonesty to take these jerks down. Meanwhile, when Ryan's ex-wife threatens to take away his alimony, Danny tries to help curb Ryan's spending. But while going over his finances, Danny discovers Ryan belongs to an exclusive members-only "urban oasis" club - a personal refuge that he's been hiding from his brothers.
