Story
20-year-old Fotini is married to 25-year-old Manolis. Their son just a few months old. Her mother-in-law, a tough and domineering woman, lives with the couple and gets involved in everything, especially raising the baby. It makes hell the life of Fotini who spends most of her time at home with her. She treats her like a slave and humiliates her at every opportunity. Manolis, who is often absent for agricultural work and returns late at night, does not object to his mother's "want" and this further crushes the psychology of Fotini, who feels that she is drowning in this marriage. She is ready to take the child and leave, but her mother-in-law is determined to stop her in any way she can. Her husband dies in a traffic accident and she manages to kill her mother in-law by kicking the ladder. She grows her son and he marries. When they have a baby she becomes just like her mother in-law.
