Story
When a famous celebrity pop star dancer Cheyenne (special guest Daniella Perkins) pays a visit to their city and books her concert at their high school, Phoebe and Cherry are eager to meet her so they try to formulate a plan that involves sneaking themselves into the performance. Phoebe enlists help from Mac, who flatly rebuffs and deviously schemes to meet with Cheyenne for his own means, having formed a crush on her. Meanwhile, Nora tries to spend time hanging out with Chloe, but selfishly ignores (and distances herself from) her younger sister after befriending a few other girls at the mall.
