Story
Mussadi Lal Sr. needs to get his father's death certificate made. Simple enough, you would think. Think again. From the shamshan ghat receipts to shady brokers offering scratch cards with awards on package deals like two plus one death certificates, from obtaining birth certificates of an already dead person to dealing with officers constantly passing the buck. Mussadi is, however, a determined person. Little does he know that so are the babu's he's up against, and in this particular equation, its all about who'll blink first.
