Story
Popeye angrily refuses the ever-mooching Wimpy yet another loan "until Tuesday" for a meal at Rough House's Diner. Wimpy, now hungry and desperate, happens across a bird that he captures and hopes to eat. It turns out to be the magical Wiffle bird, which casts a spell on him in revenge. Whenever Wimpy says the word "hamburger", he changes into a werewolf. Meanwhile at the diner, Popeye expresses regret for his stinginess, when suddenly a newscaster on TV warns the public about a werewolf running loose. Popeye soon discovers the true identity of this wolf-man and seeks out the Wiffle bird to convince her to break the spell.
