Story
Popeye, Olive and Swee'Pea are on a skiing trip in the French Alps, joined by the faithful dog, Bernie, who carries a barrel around his neck. But Quasimodo, the Halfback of Notre Dame, lives in a cave nearby, and he's freezing. His job is Official Echo (which explains why everyone's echo comes back with a French accent), but he hasn't been comfortable in years--not until he steals Olive's raccoon coat. Soon everyone ends up trapped in Quasimodo's cave, but Bernie saves the day with the contents of his barrel.
