Story
Cosmo Krank seemed an ingenious toymaker, but all of his creations were found to be dangerous for kids to use, leading to Bruce and Wayne Industries leading a campaign forcing the shutdown of his company. However, Bruce soon finds himself the target of the toymaker who seeks revenge by killing him with newer, diabolical versions of his toys. As the Batman develops clues to bring Cosmo down things are not so easy when Commissioner Gordon assigns Detective Cash Tankinson to be Bruce Wayne's bodyguard until the demented villain is arrested, forcing Bruce to improvise methods to sideline Cash and try to stop Cosmo at the same time.
