Story
Now that he is single and the only eligible man in the group with both Erica and Gail interested Phil decides to eliminate the likelihood of any other male incomers by altering the billboards he has constructed outside town with a new message 'Moved to Tampa'. Unfortunately for him he gets stuck on one of them and has to be rescued by a handsome stranger. Reluctantly Phil admits him to the group and is amazed to learn that he too is called Phil Miller.
