Story
Vladimir and Irina Kusnezow came to Hamburg for advanced surgery on pre-teen daughter Elena's tumor, but their private insurance doesn't cover it as they missed the last premium and 'mediator' Marlies Schlosser tricks them and files a complaint on top for 'stalking', which is mysteriously dropped. Mattes ponder if she just bluffed or there is more to it- in fact her own teen son Torben Schlosser, who sympathized with the couple, was abducted by desperate Vladimir.
