Story
A woman shows up at HQ with a box addressed to NCIS. They take the woman into custody and open the box and find a severed hand. The hand belongs to CIA man who specializes in dark ops. The woman later gives them coordinates that lead them to the CIA man mutilated and a warehouse where they find a cellphone that rings when Callen answers the voice gives a cryptic message that includes a message for someone he calls mother. They learn Hetty is mother and the man is someone Hetty took in as a child and trained. Who was later taken by the CIA man who turned him into a killer who as gone mad and is looking to get back at Hetty for turning him into what he is.
