Story
Uncle Charlie (William Demarest) bans TV for one week, much to the dismay of Chip and Ernie (Stanley Livingston and Barry Livingston). Robbie (Don Grady) meets a cynical girl (Jenny Maxwell) at college, who claims that television "lacks reality" and they create a college television show, together. But their family comedy, foreshadowing All in the Family (1971), is a flop with viewers.
