Story
On this episode of My Naked Secret we meet 37 year old aspiring actor, Mark, who has been suffering with man boobs since he was a teenager. Constantly the butt of his friends' jokes he tries to laugh off the true depth of his emotional pain and lack of confidence. He is unable to hold down a relationship because of his fear of a woman seeing his chest. He embarks on an emotional journey with psychotherapist, Anjula Mutanda, in which he plucks up the courage to confront his best friend about the constant jibes, and he also undergoes cosmetic surgery. Will his new body make him happy?
