Story
On this episode of My Naked Secret we meet 21 year old photography student, Leah, who's asymmetrical and tubular breasts have destroyed her life. Crippled with self consciousness Leah is unable to lead a normal student life, and at such a young age has already given up any hope of finding love. She has now even begun to withdraw from her family and they are desperately concerned. With the help of Psychotherapist, Anjula Mutanda, Leah begins to address the damage done to her confidence, and realize that she is not alone. Leah also undergoes complex surgery to correct her medical condition... but will all this finally give her breasts she can be proud of?
