Story
On this episode of My Naked Secret we meet Helena, a 35 year old children's nanny who is disgusted by her own body. She had a tummy tuck two years ago which was botched leaving her with a bulging stomach, a scar across her midriff, no belly button and a pouch resembling a scrotum between her legs. Helena thinks she looks like a beast, and that she has been stripped of her femininity. She goes to great lengths to hide it from everyone. Helena embarks on an emotion journey with psychotherapist, Anjula Mutanda, to come to terms with the horror of what's happened to her and she braves the surgeon's knife once again to have reconstructive surgery. But will all this give her a body she can finally learn to love?
