Story
During a drought/hot spell, Mr. Baldetti, Mrs. Brown's neighbor, tries his rain dance and rain machine, both of which he swears worked back in the old country. In use of the machine, he blasts Martin with a puff of carbon, the "smog" which in turn causes Martin to tear and to accidentally blast a hole in a cloud with his levitating trigger finger, causing it to rain. It rains for 7 days and 7 nights while Martin figures out how to make it stop raining. Mr. Baldetti, distraught that he thinks he caused the rain, makes an off handed comment about plumbing, which triggers in Martin's mind an Earthly solution to the problem, of course with the help of a little Martian ingenuity.
