Story
On New Years Eve Cathy is hosting a small get together for Pauline and Derek, returned together from Mykonos, Maureen - who announces that she wants sex with a black man - and Reg when Kelly and Jason return from the pub following a blazing row regarding the Australian job. They are followed by Carol and Michael - who has spent Christmas with his children - and Kelly's cousin Debbie with her thick boyfriend Ryan. Away from the others Cathy manages to reconcile Kelly and Jason before giving Michael his present and sharing a touching moment after which they join the rest of the family to see in the New Year.
