Story
Novak notices that the students coming to him from Mr. Otis' class are woefully unprepared, and to find out why he sits in on Otis' class. He discovers that Otis isn't really teaching the students--he's trying to win them over by keeping them entertained with a steady stream of jokes and wisecracks and not really teaching them anything. Even worse, Novak discovers that the students are passing the class because Otis is feeding them the answers to their tests. He sets out to bring Otis down.
