Story
Mister Rogers shows a disguise kit and asks his viewers what they will dress up as for Halloween. Jamie Rogers visits with Daniel Striped Tiger in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Daniel would like to wear a pair of wings, but Lady Elaine Fairchilde will not let him borrow them. King Friday XIII invites Jamie to have a glass of chocolate milk. They encourage Lady Elaine Fairchilde to dress up as a princess so that Daniel can borrow her wings.
