Story
Captain Dyce has successfully rescued Lana from the clutches of Industria. He made a run for it towards the Barracuda with Lepka and the Industria members on his tail. The Barracuda set out to the misty sea. Lepka tried to get Dyce by speedboat but it was too dangerous with all the fog that's surrounding the sea. Meanwhile Conan is still imprisoned and upset that he wasn't able to escape with Lana. Monsley checked up on him and told him not to get too down on the whole thing as his execution is still on and he does have a choice in becoming a civilian of Industry if he becomes obedient. Monsley tells the Prison to not be fooled by Conan's appearance. Lepka tells the committee members at the Nuclear reactor that Dyce has betrayed them. They find this to be bad, because without the help of the Barracuda, they won't be able to get more plastic from My Island or any of the plastic mining grounds.
