Story
After Monsley freed Conan and revealed to him that Lepka is planning to flood the underground city of Industria. Conan escapes through a window and goes down the Triangle Tower. When he made it to the underground tunnels, he found a bomb and managed to defuse it, but soon found other bombs that are about to go off. And then they all exploded and waves of water came in and swept Conan away. Lana, Dyce, Jimsy, Luke, and the rebels noticed the water coming in. They already can tell that Lepka is planning to drown them. With all the exits caved in, the main center of the underground city remained the only accurate exit. But Lepka used the announcing speaker to inform them that they will all drown unless Lana comes force and guarantees for their lives. Luke and Dyce told her that there's no proof whether Lepka will keep that promise. But Lana did as he announced and came to the exit, as she doesn't want the people to suffer.
