Story
After receiving a motorbike for his birthday and going out joyriding, a troubled youth is attacked by a man wielding a cattle prod. His parents are sick with worry, which only becomes worse they come home to find their boy's motorbike parked out front, and a body in his bed. The body however, is not their son, but another boy who was kidnapped earlier. Living in a gated community because they wanted to create the perfect safe haven for themselves, the people of the town are demanding that the police find whoever has been coming in and doing this. Frank shatters what illusions they have left when he informs them that the killer is someone inside.
