Story
The candy shop is among the village firms falling victim to the newly arrived 'Indians' biker gang of Big Chief. After devoted gang member 'small shrimp' is easily captured, Toby and the commissioner decide to join undercover and free shrimp while stealing the commissioner's fishing rod savings by way of initiation. It works, but the commissioner's wire is found out, so they're captured and in danger of scalping.
