Story
Mobile french fries vendors Lucien and his mean sister Vanessa pose as extraterrestrials from the imaginary planet Cosmos, landed by fake Ufo. An exchange of gifts, worthless on their supposed king's part, should make the crooks rich. The haughty commissioner wants the honor of the discovery at any price.
