Story
Four criminals plan to rob the village's seniors home, where granny is to appear in a musical performance. In order to get it evacuated by the police, the gang leader poses as Cyriel Civiel, representative of the inexistent Ministry Emergencies and Disasters. He makes commissioner Migraine train an emergency contingency plan for all possible events. Then a gas leek is simulated at the home.
