Story
Carrousel-owner Jef has installed a hypnotic emitter and fits all merry-go-round-customers with a receiver in a bracelet, so they get so badly addicted to the rides that they would pay anything. By offering the first ride free, he soon tricks almost all villagers, including the commissioner. Even Mieke's grandparents spend the money they saved for a trip to Paris and squander their home.
