Story
Migrain takes credit for the arrest of twelve-fold bank-robber Electro - the arrest actually by Mega Mindy. Before he can boast to the press, the crook escapes by stunning Toby with his electric secret orb-weapon. Still Mieke is jealous enough of her alter-ego, which Toby is besotted with, to stay her ordinary self for good. But catching him the regular way goes really wrong.
