Story
The baron panics, showing the precinct a 1,000,000 ransom note for himself. The two crooks misread the castle's address, so they kidnapped commissioner Migrain instead, whose boasting to be worth twice as much gets him taken instead, a new note for half is sent. Toby thinks of hiding an emitter in his cuddly toy which they may send as return to the proof of capture, but during a heroic rescue gets caught himself.
