Story
One of Opa Fonkel's colleagues in the Secret Trio of greatest Belgian inventors wants to rob the bank, so he tricks Opa into building a design they agreed never to make as it's too dangerous: the laughter-laser, which renders everyone helplessly prone to laughter. Meanwhile the commissioner is totally absorbed by counting his candy pennies, forcing poor Goby to help him, but is robbed after the laser is stolen from Opa's car.
