Story
Annemarie organizes a cake baking contest, promising a 10,000 Euro prize. The commissioner forces Toby to be his baking assistant and like most contestants is cheated into bidding for victory. Granny refuses to pay and tells Mieke who counters the trickery by getting Toby accepted as a fair second jury member. This is good for favoritism in the precinct- until he proves incorruptible. When the contestants find out their bribes don't work, it all degenerates into a food-fight.
