Story
Crazy professor Wolf has escaped from jail and built a brain control device which he hides under a red hood, which hypnotizes a girl. He sends the little girl out as his oblivious robber to every shop in town. Commissioner Kamiel Migrain's mother won't let him in back home until the case is solved, so he steals Toby's plan to stake out the last two shops not yet robbed. That works, but he's taken off guard while 'testing' the bakery's sweets. Mega mindy puts on the hood and thus accidentally becomes Wolf's next hypnotized victim, holding a bomb to destroy all traces, including himself, while grandpa's equipment has technical troubles.
