Story
The town's 10th annual self-made cart-race is celebrated with a 10,000 Euro prize, which attracts many competitors. The commissioner builds his cart in the locked-up police cell, claiming that he fears it will be copied by Toby; actually he switches both carts finding his own dumb, shoddily executed design a useless wreck. Grandpa built a race-car, but has to remove the motor. Grandma gets his computer Bliep to teach her how to build a cart. During the race, Toby and grandpa win their first rounds fairly, the commissioner abuses his power to scare his adversaries. Now no finalist can resist the temptation to cheat by sabotaging an adversary.
