Story
For the past 3 years, Sally has received an anonymous gift just before Halloween; but, inexplicably, neither Sally nor Mildred ever told Mac. As Sally packs to decorate for a party for children at the hospital, their local pharmacist telephones Sally to tell her she is in grave danger and meet him in room 112. Sally chats with a disbarred lawyer at the elevator and Mildred sees a murder in room 112. There is no corpse for Mac or Enright to find at the hospital. When Sally receives her newest gift, a film of a Satanic coven ritual, Mac reviews the other gifts: a scarab ring, black leather garter with four silver buckles and an antique bell.
