Story
During Copper Canyon's carnival, an aquatic Elementor drags a tanker down into the sea. Worse, he next starts tsunami-high waves, which sweep away astronauts and their space shuttle from N-Tek's launching base (along with N-Tek personnel, including Molly). Engaging a new TURBO Mode, Max and Steel find an underwater lair, where the passengers are imprisoned, and start a mud and cement fight.
