Story
Ultimate Elementor, reunified under a renewed hatred of Max Steel, proves himself unstoppable. After weeks of defeats, Commander Ferrus proposes bargaining with Toxzon for help. Once they meet Toxzon's demands for creature comforts, he whips up a serum to bring down Ultimate Elementor - or so he tells them. It's actually just another zombie-inducing formula to make Ultimate Elementor his puppet.
