Story
The remaining 23 Contestants were split into three groups to serve two main BBQ dish and a dessert for 1200 people in five hours, two-and-a-half-hours for prepping, and two-and-a-half-hours for serving. Although the Orange team only consisted of seven people, consisting one less person than the other teams, they managed to nail every element on the dish, leading to their win. The Purple and Yellow Teams had their upsides and downsides. The Purple Team's donuts was fluffy, but their grilled corn lacked seasoning. On the other hand, the Yellow Team's donuts was delicious, but their meat has no flavor. On top of that, their chicken serving were inconsistent. Due to those downsides, the Yellow Team head into Tuesday's Pressure Test.
