Story
The judges announced that this week, all challenges would start out normally, but that 'twists' would be introduced at unexpected times. The contestants were then split up into two teams to serve a three-course meal to 50 diners. Poh's Grey Team had one member more than Sarah T.'s Brown Team, so Hayden opted to sit the challenge out. Halfway through the cook, the judges surprised the contestants by making the two teams swap kitchens. Each team had to then work with the elements that were being prepared by the other team, and could choose to either stick with the other team's original planned menu, update it, or scrap it and restart from scratch. Later, the judges announced a second twist by revealing that several of the diners were vegetarian, forcing both teams to add vegetarian options to their protein-heavy menus. Both teams excelled, but, in a close decision, the Brown Team were declared the winners. As a result, the Grey Team were sent to the Pressure Test.
