Story
The members of the Blue Team, except for Khanh, were tasked with writing their own recipe for the Pressure Test and cooking it for the judges. Sarah took a well-known Chinese takeout dish into an elegant sweet and sour pork. Laura cooked a Ravioli Doppio that impressed the judges with it's flavour and technicality. The judges were especially shocked by Amina since her dish are strong with flavours but elegant. Although Poh was running late on cooking her pie, the judges were very impressed by how her flavour combination. Harry's dish was very impressive in presentation, but was let down by it's overpowering components. Lastly, Hayden cooked a chocolate dip ice cream dessert. The judges were impressed by his efforts to cook a dessert, but his ice cream was underseasoned and the honeycomb was sticky. Although Hayden's dish has it's downsides, overall the flavour in the dish worked well together. In the end, Harry was eliminated due to those reasons.
