Story
Spritle survives the attempt on his life by the Effendum's henchmen thanks to Speed's timely rescue. Effendum blames Pops for the car's failure to perform and has Pops and Trixie arrested. The Effendum convinces the King that Prince Jam was killed in the race and his plot to put Sugarin on the throne commences. It's up to Speed and Spritle to rally the other racers to the cause and defeat the Effendum and his nefarious plot.
