Story
Phillip's never played a sport. He's more inclined to use his head than his body. But as his experiments become increasingly dangerous, Mum and Sarge have decided it's time he did. Encouraged by Sarge's presentation of the Leonard Family Sporting Hall of Fame, Phillip agrees to join a team. After much research, Philip concludes netball is the one. Phillip's quest is met with opposition - he is a boy, and therefore, banned from playing. The injustice launches Sarge into activist mode, defending his son's right to be a trailblazer. Like Phillip, Mel isn't one to follow the pack either, which is difficult for Lockie as he's required to act as her "buddy" until she settles into Angelus High. But as Mel points out, who is Lockie going to hang out with once she makes real friends? Certainly not Egg, who struggles to keep his place in his new team when Curtis asks him to hunt down the object of Sasha's affection - only for Egg to discover he is the marked man.
